So your friend sends you a link to see Tiger Wood's Farting on Youtube and you get an error basically saying "sorry you can't watch this video on your computer and don't try refreshing, clearing your cache, cookies, history, switching to Firefox or Safari because it will still not work!"
I figured out that the issue is not the browser! It is actually the Flash Plugin. Here is how you fix it:
- Download and Install AppCleaner (http://freemacsoft.net/AppCleaner/)
- Close all Browsers
- Open AppCleaner and Click the "Others" Icon (1)
- Scroll Down til you see "Flash Player.plugin" and Check it Off (2)
- Hit the "Search Button" (3)
- Then Hit the delete button (4)
Now all you have to do is open a Browser of your choice and go to YouTube. It will say something like "Please update Flash Player - Click Here" Click the link and install Flash. Go back to YouTube and play that video!
