Monday- 
Breakfast: Oatmeal and Berries 

Lunch:
 Grinders (Sandwiches)
             Meatballs
             Italian Chicken
             Bell Peppers and Onions
             Homemade Marinara
             Caesar Salad

Fruit Bowl: 
Berries
Snack: Charcuterie- Artisan Cheeses, Salame

Tuesday-
Breakfast: Eggs, Bacon, Spinach and Tomatoes

Lunch:
 Taco Tuesday
             Beef 
             Chicken
             Fish
             Bean
             Brown Rice
             Mexican Salad


Fruit Bowl: 
Melons
Snack: Roasted Chicken, Artisan Cheese and Vegetable

Wednesday-
Breakfast: Yogurt and Granola
Lunch: Salads            Cobb Salad
            Steak and Roasted Red Pepper
            Caprese Salad
            Seared Ahi Salad
Fruit Bowl: Apples and Pears
Snack: Hummus, Mix of Veggies, Artisan Cheese and a Whole Grain Cracker

Thursday-
Breakfast: Oatmeal and Berries
Lunch: Lean Meats and Veggies
             Chicken

             Prawns
             Quinoa Tabouleh
             Sauteed Vegetables
Fruit Bowl: Tropical Fruit

Dinner: 

              Pork Ribs
              BBQ Salmon
              Coleslaw
              Spinach Strawberry Salad
              
Friday-

Breakfast: Yogurt and Granola
Snack: Charcuterie- Artisan Cheeses, Cured Meats and Olives
Fruit Bowl: Berries
